CAMPLYS is the base camp and core entity behind a wide range of ventures including culture & arts, real estate leasing, IT, and acceleration.

We do not raise external capital, except within our asset-management subsidiaries. Every CAMPLYS subsidiary is solely owned and operated under independent capital.This structure ensures liquidity and enables continuous, autonomous investment into our portfolio companies — the CAMP Family. By maintaining a fully independent equity framework, we eliminate the common conflicts that arise from multi-party ownership, preserving the management philosophy of each CAMP Family and securing strong, long-term partnership alignment across all acceleration and investment activities.

The CAMPLYS headquarters is located within an industrial district in Guro-gu, Seoul. This space is where the company that laid our financial and philosophical foundation achieved major success, and where countless memories and meaningful relationships were formed. After the first M&A in 2019, time seemed to pause here — preserving the spirit of those achievements while a new heartbeat began to grow. Today, it also serves as an incubator for emerging startups, equipped with dedicated facilities such as a meeting room, media room, video editing studio, pantry, and storage space — a place where new ideas are cultivated and innovation continues.
