The real estate investment and leasing division focuses on securing liquidity to ensure continuous and stable capital support for the companies within our CAMP Family. Based in Seoul, we independently own and operate multiple commercial and residential properties, including JW Building located at 242-24 Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu. All assets are held under sole ownership by the CAMP Leader — without external investors or outside shareholders — ensuring a highly stable structure backed by objectively verified collateral and asset liquidity. Following our “Only Buying & Lease” strategy, all real estate assets are managed with a leverage ratio of 20% or lower relative to market value. This policy strengthens liquidity regardless of interest rate cycles — whether in low-rate or high-rate economic environments — enabling JW Building and JW Lease to consistently support the financial stability and long-term growth of our CAMP Family companies.
